Better known as MaThon, Maris and Anthony proved to all and sundry that they are the kind of celebrities who can rise from public hatred.
Maris and Racal were heavily criticized for getting into a romantic liaison even when the latter has not completely broken up with his non-showbiz girlfriend Jam Villanueva who shared publicly Maris and Anthony’s private conversation on social media.
Many believed that with the controversy, Maris and Anthony’s careers were over.
Surprisingly, Maris and Anthony came seemingly unscathed after the fuss.

Likewise, MaThon’s first movie together, Sosyal Climbers, is also number one on Netflix.
