Social media users are skeptical about the rumors suggesting that Kathryn Bernardo is romantically involved with Lucena City Mayor Mark Alcala, suspecting it might be a political stunt.
According to vlogger and talent manager Ogie Diaz, Alcala has indeed captured Bernardo’s heart.
âMay nagtsika lang sa akin. Ito naman ay âdi kumpirmado pa…Totoo na hindi nagkabalikan sina Daniel at Kathryn. Nagkaayos sila yes, pero nagkabalikan malabo,â Diaz stated during his online show.
He elaborated on why a reunion between Kathryn and Daniel is improbable.
âAng sabi sa akin, imposibleng magkabalikan sina Daniel at Kathryn kasi taken na raw si Kathryn ayon sa aking source. Ang nagmamay-ari ngayon ng puso ni Kathryn ay non-showbiz… Batang politician. Si Mayor Mark Alcala ng Lucena City,â he revealed.
Diaz expressed some disbelief, noting that there are no photos of the two together, and when he reached out to Alcala for clarification, he received no response.
According to Diazâs source, Bernardo and Alcala began dating around November or December.
