When former president Rodrigo Duterte finally mustered enough guts to attend the House of Representatives QuadComm investigation, we already had an inkling that all he was poised to do was to make a Superman posturing and we were right.
But at one point during the investigation, he obviously lost his temper.
At one point, he gestured wanting to punch former senator Leila Delima who was seated beside him. With a clenched fist, he showed that he wanted to punch the former Justice Secretary and senator.
How squalor-ic, right?
Then, he again showed his near-barbaric demeanor when he gestured wanting to throw the microphone to former senator Antonio Trillanes. He was irked when Trillanes asked him to sign a bank waiver
“Ano kapalit? Susuntukin ko siya,” the former president asked.
When Trillanes expressed willingness to be slapped, the former president became silent.
The two incidents clearly indicated Duterte’s cowardice. He’s not what he seemed.
For someone who admitted to killing four Chinese nationals involved in drugs, the former president shirked away from the challenge of punching a lady senator or throwing his microphone at a former senator.

Hey, Mr. President, ginagawa ‘yan, hindi sinasabi.
Another graduate of tapang-tapangan school of acting is this Chloe San Jose who feigned bravery when she fired back at Ai Ai delas Alas.
In an obvious answer to Ai Ai’s unsolicited advice, Chloe posted a rant that was clearly her jab at the Concert Comedy Queen. She made the rant after Ai Ai confirmed reports that she’s now separated from her husband Gerald Sibayan.
“Back to you, mamang. Not to make fun of your situation but what you do to others will come right back at you 10x. It’s just the universe’s law,” she said in a private post.
Irate netizens asked why Chloe did not make her post public.
“Why didn’t I make the post public? Because I do not involve myself in other people’s private lives publicly (especially without understanding and knowing the full story) and contribute to you all’s clown and fake entertainment,” Chloe said.
“It’s beyond my control that someone took a screenshot of what was intended as a ‘private’ post. Now, let’s consider if I had posted it publicly. My caption was neither derogatory nor offensive in any way. So, why the outrage?” she added.
“The true courage, ‘matapang’ and meaningful discussions take place offline, not on the internet,” Chloe concluded.
Obviously, she was alluding the matapang line to Ai Ai’s daughter Sophia who said: I-public mo naman ‘yung post mo about my mom kung matapang ka. Haha.”
“Kita tayo sa Manila. Matapang ka, eh,” Sophia challenged Chloe.
“Messaged you love,” came Chloe’s sweet reply.
If one is indeed matapang, he or she will accept the challenge.
Iyon lang ‘yon!!!
In the first place, if this Chloe is matapang, she should have named Ai Ai in her post.
Two, she should not have placed her social media private.
