A very concerned artist, Nadine Lustre has joined the global call for peace in Gaza via All eyes on Rafah, a viral message of support that has gained traction online where international celebrities participated.
In her Instagram Story, Nadine posted All eyes on Rafah campaign photo as Israel intensified its attack in Gaza.
A report said that Israel started an airstrike in Rafah, a city in southern Gaza which houses a camp for displaced people. The airstrike resulted in the tragic deaths of 45 people and injury of over 200 people.
The Rafah air strike resulted in global outcry as it  victimized women and children over this seemingly endless Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
A report online explained why the campaign photo has gone viral.
“The image linked with the phrase “All eyes on Rafah” depicts tents arranged to spell out the words. People are sharing it extensively on social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter to raise awareness and express their solidarity with the victims of the airstrike. The visual impact of the tents forming the phrase has struck a chord with many, leading to its rapid spread,” the report said.
The airstrike gained worldwide attention about the atrocities against people living in Gaza which resulted in global condemnation. Among popular celebrities and personalities who supported the All Eyes On Rafah campaign were Priyanka Chopra, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, and many others.
A woman of substance and form, Nadine supports various causes and advocacies like preservation of the environment and mental health. She is a volunteer of a local non-profit organisation called Siargao Environmental Awareness (SEA) Movement. (NIGEL CHAVEZ DE ESTRADA)
