Actress Claudine Barretto, has asked her fans to pray for her mother, Inday Barretto.
Claudine made her request public via an Instagram post where she shared a photo of her mom’s room inside a hospital.
In her caption, Claudine said her mom who is already 87 years old and is afflicted with Lupus is now confined at St. Lukes located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
“Mom, we love and need you dearly. Please get well soon. Palanggas, please pray for my Mom. More than a week na siya sa hospital and is 87 years old with Lupus. I need all your prayers, please. She is the only parent I have left. I have been checking and taking care of her together with my kuyas Mito and @jjbarretto, my Ate Michi, and sister-in-law Connie. Thank you po sa inyong lahat, isama niyo na rin po ako sa prayers niyo,” she said in her post.
“I haven’t been eating & I’m down to 97 pounds and I haven’t been sleeping. God bless you all and your families as well,” she added. (NIGEL CHAVEZ DE ESTRADA)
