President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the launch of the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub on Friday, marking a major step toward simplifying and digitizing government transactions for Filipinos nationwide.
Located at the Makabagong San Juan National Government Center on Pinaglabanan Street, the centralized hub brings together over 20 key government agencies under one roof, including the Department of Health, Department of Justice, Philippine National Police, PhilHealth, and the Social Security System.
The facility offers both on-site assistance and integrated digital services, including real-time tracking, online applications, and feedback mechanisms.
“Ang aking instruction sa kanila: walang korapsyon, walang fixer, walang pila,” Marcos Jr. emphasized during the launch.
He said the initiative aims to make government services more accessible, efficient, and transparent.
The President also announced plans to replicate the Serbisyo Hub model across all local government units nationwide.
“Many of our kababayans spend hours just to secure basic documents. This one-stop shop is designed to fix that,” he said.
The launch coincides with the expansion of the eGovPH Super App, the government’s flagship digital platform.
The app now offers a wider range of services, including business permit applications, barangay clearances, driver’s license renewals, travel tax payments, and reporting of crimes and bureaucratic inefficiencies.
“Basta’t may connectivity, hindi na kailangang pumunta sa ahensiya. Hindi na kailangang pumunta sa Poblacion [at] hanapin ‘yung kung sinong tao na kailangan kausapin para makuha ang clearance, maayos ang papeles, et cetera,” the President said. (ZIA LUNA)
