President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed Antonio Baltazar “Toby” Villanueva Nebrida Jr. as the new head of People’sTelevision Network or PTV4.
Nebrida will be replacing former PTV4 General Manager Analisa Puod.
Marcos signed Nebrida’s appointment papers on June 10, 2024, after sources told City Post that Malacañang axed Puod from her post.
The reason for Puod’s removal from her position has not been disclosed.
Nebrida previously served as spokesperson for former DMW Secretary Susan “Toots” Ople.
Nebrida will now serve as Acting General Manager and Member Representative from the Private Sector on the Board of Directors of PTV 4. (TCSP)
