Controversial social media personality and businessman Christian Albert Gaza, more popularly known as Xian Gaza, offered two-time Paris Olympics gold medalist Carlo Yulo’s mom, Angelica Yulo, a reward of P500,000.
Xian made the offer through his official Facebook account.
“Casinyeam online casino hereby award Mrs. Angelica Poquiz Yulo PHP 500,000 to refund all her ginastos to our 2-time Olympic Champion and remove once and for all his utang na loobs. Please claim your prize in person. Cold cash. Thank you,” came Xian’s offer.
“THIS IS NOT A JOKE,” he stressed, posting his company’s online site, https://casinyeam.net/.
Xian said he’s doing the offer “Para somehow ay makatulong na rin po kami sa dalawang kapatid ni Carlos.”
“Wait po namin ang message niyo, Mother,” he added.
In the end, Xian said he’s giving the money in one condition.
“May isang kondisyon lang po sana kami. Pagkabigay namin ng limang bundle sayo, dapat po wala ng maririnig si Caloy na kahit na anong sumbat mula sayo o kahit na anong parinig sa social media. Salamat po,” he said.
Recall that Angelica figured prominently on social media as her spat with Carlos has gone public. Many believed that the squabble was all because of money.
Meanwhile, Atty. Raymond Fortun posted a stern warning to those attributing false and malicious statement to the mom of Carlos as “I HAVE BEEN ASKED BY MRS. ANGELICA POQUIZ YULO TO SPEAK ON HER BEHALF.”
“The public is hereby informed that ALL statements made attributed to Mrs. Yulo and/or any of her children that are critical of, disparaging or tend to tarnish the accomplishments of her son, CARLOS EDRIEL YULO are untrue, fake, and mere products of imagination and fantasy by heretofore unknown individuals,” Fortun initially said in his statement.
“Mrs Yulo will be seeking the help of the National Bureau of Investigation in identifying these individuals, and will be filing the appropriate charges against them for Violation of RA 10175 (Anti-Cybercrime Law),” he added.
With this, “the public is hereby reminded that the sharing of these fake posts, as well as harsh and libelous comments made in said posts, are also actionable under the Anti-Cybercrime Law. It is advisable that the public DELETE their comments to avoid prosecution.”
“Mrs. Yulo had indeed given two (2) interviews to mainstream media. It is regrettable, albeit expected, that only her comments regarding his relationship with Ms. San Jose were uploaded,” Fortun said.
“Finally, Mrs. Yulo and her family wish to assure the public that they share in the jubilation of the entire nation in the achievements of CARLOS EDRIEL and look forward to welcoming him home.
