Of late, there seems to be a barrage of criticisms against lawmakers who turned into lawbreakers.
A representative used the EDSA bus lane for his convenience.
But of course, he was caught. He gladly paid the fine and gladly apologized for his shenanigans.
The dad, a sitting senator and a hard-hitting host, defended his son by saying that he faced the music.
But this is not the first time that this representative used the EDSA busway. He was first caught on September 26, 2024, for using the lane intended for buses.
Clearly, this representative is a repeat offender.
You don’t defend a repeat offender, do you? But you did and that speaks volumes of how you are.
Of late, too, the House of Representatives and the Senate were under scrutiny for bypassing the fact that the Bicam report on 2025 national budget have blanks when it was submitted.
Initially, it was reported by former president Rodrigo Duterte.
It was then admitted by Marikina representative Stella Quimbo that there were indeed blanks in the budget bicam report but she stressed that funding for these items had already been identified before the report was signed.
Clearly, there is a discrepancy in the way the biicam budget report was made. It was not an SOP in the past to have blanks in the bicam report.
Senator Imee Marcos, in an interview, said she refused to sign the bicam report as there were blanks in it.
We think that this is a first of its kind in doing the bicam report.
Imagine, a report with blanks. That’s one for the books, ha.
Interestingly, who signed the bicam report that has blanks? Will these representatives and senators be brave enough to come forward?
Your guess is as good as mine.
Much ado about dancing
Mark Herras danced in a gay bar not once but twice and it created so much fuss on social media that netizens were yakking left and right.
In a recent interview with semi-retired actress Toni Gonzaga, Mark said he has a family to fend for and mouths to feed and nourish.
Dancing in a gay bar is no big deal for Mark who is seemingly not bothered about what people think of him.
According to Mark, there should be no issue in his dancing in a gay bar as he did not gyrate like a macho dancer would. He was not clad in a bikini and all he did was to perform hip hop numbers. He’s even decently clad in a sweater and a pair of pants.
Was he decently paid for his dancing act?
Well, it seems as he was rumored to have been paid P300,000 for his performance.
What has he done to deserve such a huge talent fee?
Well, he’s a StarStruck Male Survivor. He’s a celebrity and that’s what matters.
Actually, Mark is the only celebrity who gamely and willingly dances in a gay bar.
