Kyline Alcantara feels she is not obligated to explain the status of her friendship with Kobe Paras.
Coming right on the heels of her controversial “kandong” photos with Kobe which surfaced on social media, Kyline refused to give an explanation.
“I feel like it’s my right to not answer or to answer questions, or to deny nor confirm anything. I don’t need to explain myself din naman po to other people. Whatever they see, that’s what they’re gonna get,” Kyline said in a recent interview.
“And as long as alam ng pamilya ko at ‘yung mga close kong mga kaibigan or my loved ones what’s really happening behind cameras, I feel like I don’t owe the public any explanation naman po,” she added.
Kobe, in an interview during the GMA Gala, said that he and Kyline were just friends.
But sightings of them prove otherwise as it showed them holding hands together and were more than cozy with each other.
Anyway, some netizens were apalled by Kyline’s handling of the issue.
“Maraming comments na against sayo not just because aaminin ka o hindi, it is because of the impression based on your action. Artista ka kaya tama pa rin sabihin na lagi mong iingatan ang bawat galaw at kilos mo na nakikita ng publiko. Wala ka mang aaminin o sasabihin, pero hndi kasi nmn din angkop na makitang ang isang babae nakakandong sa lalaki na lalo pa’t kayo ang pinag-uusapan sa showbiz. You can never please everybody but you can never stop people from acting negatively “based on the action they see”,” said one guy.
But many defended the Kapuso starlet.
“Hnd mo kaylangan mag explain sa mga tao ano ba paki nila sa buhay mo buhay mo yan may mga tao lang talagang sadyang pakialamera sa buhay ng my buhay lalo na pag masaya ka yan ang pinoy eh nangingialam hnd nlang buhay nila pakialaman or hnd nalang masaya para sa iba.”
“No need to explain talaga, hayaan mo ang tadhana ang bumawi sa mga lumalabas sa kanilang bibig.
