Vice President Sara Duterte employs squid tactics once more to obscure her wrongdoings, according to ACT Teachers Partyist Rep. France Castro
“Again, VP Duterte is using squid tactics to cover up her misdeeds. She should just stop the drama and explain where and how she spent P125 million confidential funds in 11 days,” Castro stated concerning the video in which Vice President Sara Duterte refutes allegations of being a “bratinela.”
The teacher solon emphasized the importance of transparency and accountability, especially when it involves public funds.
She noted that the people deserve to know how their money is being spent and that public officials must be held to the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
“Dapat sa House of Representatives na siya nagpaliwanag kesa sa isang video na sila din ang gumawa. Mas maganda na humarap sya bukas sa komite at doon magpaliwanag. It is crucial that Vice President Duterte provides a clear and detailed explanation to Congress and to the Filipino people. This is not about political attacks; it is about ensuring that public resources are used properly and justly,” Castro added. #
