Veteran broadcaster Arnold Clavio shared on his Instagram account about his near-death experience after suffering from hemorrhagic stroke.
In a detailed post, Arnold recalled feeling numb while driving home last June 11.
After a few tests, he learned that his blood pressure was 220/120 and his blood sugar was 270 .
After which, Arnold was wheeled off to the St. Lukes Hospital for further observation.
With his experience, the veteran broadcaster learned a few lessons about physical health.
āARAL: Feeling ok does not mean your ok ā¦ Feeling good does not mean weāre good .. Listen to your body .. Traydor ang hypertension ! Always check your BP,” he said. (NIGEL CHAVEZ DE ESTRADA)
